Shipping

USPS’s own price to your address, quoted at checkout once the address is in — no markup; free on orders over $75. Orders leave Miami within 2–3 business days, tracked, and the tracking number reaches your email the moment it exists.

International shipping is not offered yet — if that is the only thing between you and a pet, write and it moves up the list.

Packing

Tissue around the pet, a rigid box around the tissue, no rattling room. Bobble heads are wrapped so the neck carries no shock. Accessories ship in their own small bag inside the same box.

First come, first served

Every pet here is one of one, and a pet stays listed until someone has actually paid for it — adding it to a cart or opening checkout holds nothing. If two people pay for the same pet within moments of each other, the first payment wins; the second is refunded in full, automatically, with an email to say so. Nothing else on that second order is affected.

Mystery scoops

A scoop is a surprise handful from the shop’s own cabinet, packed without a preview — accessories, miniatures, trinkets, and pets mixed in at random. The quantity you order sets what is promised (the ladder is on every scoop page); the rest is luck, and that is the fun. Pre-loved pieces are cleaned before they ship and may show gentle wear. Because a scoop is a mystery, all scoop sales are final — no returns or exchanges, though damage in transit is always covered below.

Returns

Fourteen days from delivery, no reason needed. The pet must come back in its listed condition; the refund lands when it arrives and matches its photos. Return postage is yours unless the listing was wrong — if the flaw prose or photos missed something, postage and apology are ours.

Arrived damaged

Photograph the box and the pet within 48 hours of delivery and send both to contact@littlestmilkshop.com. Every pet is one of one, so a replacement rarely exists — you choose between a full refund or keeping the pet with a partial refund that matches the new condition.

Payment & tax

Cards and wallets via Stripe Checkout. Florida orders include state and county sales tax, calculated at checkout; other states are not currently taxed. Prices are in US dollars.

Privacy

The shop keeps what an order needs — your name, shipping address, email, what you bought, and any note you left — with the order. A cookie remembers your cart for two weeks. Payment details go to Stripe and never touch this site; Stripe also sees your name and address to process the charge. Our email service carries the confirmation and shipping emails, so it handles your address and order lines, and the carrier gets the label. Nothing is sold.

Two things wait for your answer in the cookie notice, and either can be allowed without the other. Google Analytics sets cookies and reports pages viewed, the city behind a connection, device and browser, scrolling, and clicks on outbound links — not names or emails. Google Ads measurement sets cookies so that, when a purchase follows one of the shop’s Google ads, Google Ads is told that an order happened and its amount, with an order reference — again no name or email. The shop’s tag tells Google not to use any of this for personalised ads or remarketing lists, for anyone; what Google does with what it receives is governed by its own policy, How Google uses information from sites that use its services. If you say no, or do not answer, neither one loads and nothing is sent to Google. If you allow Google Analytics alone, Google’s tag still tells Google’s advertising service the page address and that ad measurement was refused — with no cookie and nothing that identifies you — because the two products are joined in the shop’s Google account; the shop is separating them. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a no to ad measurement and is not asked about it; the site does not act on the older Do Not Track header. Your answer is kept in a cookie of its own for six months, and then you are asked again. You can whenever you like, here or from “cookie choices” at the foot of any page.

The shop also keeps its own record of visits, on its own server: the pages you opened and when, the address your connection came from and the town it maps to, your browser and device — including its window size, how many languages it lists, and whether it reports being run by software — whether a page was scrolled or tapped (not what was tapped or typed), the site that sent you, and — only if you allowed Google Analytics — a random number in a cookie that ties one visit to your next one. Without it, a day’s visits are counted with a number worked out from your address and browser that changes every day and is never stored on your device. It is read only by the shopkeeper, to see which pets are being looked at and where visitors come from, and to tell people from automated traffic; it is never sold, never joined to your name or email, and it is deleted after six months. A separate count of page views, and readings of how fast pages load, run through Vercel, the host, which sets no cookie at all. At checkout, Stripe sets cookies of its own to prevent fraud; they are needed to take a payment and are not part of the choice above. Blocking analytics in your browser changes nothing about how the shop works for you. To see, change, or delete what is kept about you, write to contact@littlestmilkshop.com. Changes to this notice appear here with a new date. In force since 5 September 2026; last changed 19 September 2026, when the cookie choice became two separate choices.

Grading questions live on the authenticity page; sourcing and cleaning on about.
